The Defiance College Athletic Communications Department publishes informational material on its student-athletes and keeps in contact with the media in their hometowns.
This form is for student-athletes who have competed at least one season at Defiance College and are returners to their teams for the upcoming season. To keep relevant information on your student-athlete bio page, please answer the following questions for our staff to update your bio appropriately. It is highly encouraged for you to check your current bio and report any desired updates through this form.
By filling out the form, you give Defiance College permission to use any information provided, as well as any statistics and information during your athletic and academic career at DC, for publicity purposes, and to the extent the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) applies to this information, you waive any right not to have this information released.

- IMPORTANT: Complete this form if you have played a previous season at Defiance. If you are a transfer or new student at Defiance entering your first season at DC (offseason practice does not count), complete the
New Student-Athlete Bio Form.
- Your classification must be your ATHLETIC year, not academic year.
- Please review your website bio from last season to verify any information that might need changed (major/minor) or to ensure you are not giving us information we already have.
