Tailgating Policy

Tailgating is permitted in the Defiance College athletic facility parking areas during sanctioned intercollegiate athletic events ONLY. Tailgating may begin at 10 a.m. and must end one hour after the game ends. All supplies must be properly disposed or stored upon departure. Approved actions and activity include gas grills, portable outdoor furniture, pop-up tents (as long as they do not block aisle or other parking spaces), and consumption of alcohol by persons of legal drinking age (in accordance to applicable state and city laws and College policies). Kegs, open fires, glass containers of any kind, and disruptive music or noise are strictly prohibited.
