Track and Field competes at Tiffin Invitational

Tiffin, Ohio - Defiance track and field traveled to Tiffin Saturday afternoon to compete at the Tiffin Invitational hosted by Tiffin University. 

Notable Performances:

• Lisa Maria-Markau ran the 60 meter dash in 8.15 seconds.

• Lisa also finished third in the 200 meter dash.

• Lexi Coward and Brianna Snider ran the one mile. Coward ran 6:54.77 and Snider 7:06.29

• Shyla Pemberton finished seventh in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:06.91.

• Gavin Maratea finished 18th in the 200 meter and Landon Sensmeier finished 20th.

• Isaac Miler finished fourth in long jump.

• Defiance track and field returns to Indiana next Saturday to compete at Trine University.
