Women's Basketball drops road game to Anderson

The Defiance women's basketball team was defeated by Anderson on Wednesday night in HCAC play, falling to the Ravens by a score of 77-64.

• Junior Taylor Steinbrunner led the Yellow Jackets with 19 points and also grabbed four rebounds and recorded a steal.
• Junior Lexie Sparks had a big game off the bench, tying her career-high with 18 points and grabbing a career-best nine rebounds.
• Sophomore Cait Good had seven points and five rebounds off the bench.
• As a team, the Yellow Jackets shot 20-of-68 (.294) from the floor and went 5-of-27 (.185) on three-pointers.
• Lexi Dellinger led the Ravens with 19 points.
