- Senior Tyler Andrew led the Yellow Jackets with 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
- Senior Marell Jordan dropped 13 points, notched seven rebounds, and snatched four steals.
- Junior Jerome Johnson and freshman Landen Swanner each added nine points.
- Sophomore Dejsani Beamon chipped in seven points and dished out a team-high six assists during the game.

- Defiance used their momentum from the first half and helped build it into most of the second half.
- Anderson didn't quit though and fought back to cut the deficit to two, 48-46, with less then ten minutes left.
