Senior (2017): Competed in all seven meets ... Ran a personal-best 5K of 21:35.8 at the Back to the Nature Preserve Open at Bluffton on Sept. 1 ... Ran a personal-best 6K time of 26:15.3 at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitationaon on Sept. 9.

Junior (2016): Tom Bohlsen Academic All-HCAC ... Competed in all six meets ... Had a personal best 5K at the Wilmington Invitational on Oct. 14 with a time of 21:04.2 ... Had a personal best 6K at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 30) with a time of 25:55.2 ... Placed 224th in the NCAA Division III Regionals Race with a time of 28:36.4.
