A Pair of DC Herriers Run at All-Ohio
CEDARVILLE, OHIO – The Defiance College women's cross country program had a pair of runners participate in the All-Ohio Cross Country Championship, hosted by Cedarville University, on Friday afternoon.
CEDARVILLE, OHIO – The Defiance College cross country program had a pair of runners participate in the All-Ohio Cross Country Championship, hosted by Cedarville University, on Friday afternoon.
Freshman Kenna Bell (Piqua) led the charge for DC, running a six-kilometer time of 26:25.3 and finishing in the 257th position. Following closely behind Bell was senior Aaron Textor (Swanton), who ran a time of 26:36.9 and placed 263rd in the meet.
The University of Dayton came home with the All-Ohio Championship, placing three of the top five positions, with Ohio University and Walsh University rounding out the top three. Otterbein College was the top Division III program, placing 10th overall.
DC will return to action on Friday, Oct. 13 at the #JennaStrong Invitational, hosted by Wilmington College.
