Senior (2015):  Great Lakes All-Region ... All-HCAC ... HCAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 15 and Oct. 12) ... Competed in seven events ... Finished as a scoring runner on seven occasions ... Had a best overall finish of second and averaged a finish of sixth ... Had a best 5K overall time of 18:22.4 ... Had a best 6K overall time of 22:21.10 and averaged a 6K finishing time of 22:45.4. 

Junior (2014):  Great Lakes All-Region ... All-HCAC ... HCAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 15 and Oct. 20) ... Competed in seven events ... Finished as a scoring runner on seven occasions ... Had a best overall finish of sixth and averaged a finish of 11 ... Had a best 5K overall time of 18:52.0 and averaged a 5K finishing time of 18:53.2 ... Had a best 6K overall time of 21:34.19 and averaged a 6K finishing time of 22:32.2.

Sophomore (2013):  All-HCAC ... Competed in seven events … Finished as a scoring runner on seven occasions … Had a team best finish of first and averaged a finish of 1.0 among team runners ... Had a best overall finish of first and averaged a finish of 21.43 ... Had a best 5K overall time of 19:09.2 and averaged a 5K finishing time of 19:10.1 ... Had a best 6K overall time of 22:37.9 and averaged a 6K finishing time of 24:00.1.

Freshman (2012):  Competed for the Purple and Gold swim team and notched four individual program records, along with two relay records.

Prep:  Earned three varsity letters at Jay County High under head coach Brian McCavoy … Leadership award recipient in 2011 … Helped team to sectional title all four years … Also lettered in swimming and track and field.

Personal:  Majoring in Wellness and Corporate Fitness … Also is a member of the Defiance track and field team.
