Men's Cross Country Competes at NCAA Regional Meet
DELAWARE, Ohio - The Defiance College men's cross country team wrapped up its season at the 2008 NCAA Regional Championships, held on the campus of Otterbein College. The team finished 32nd, defeating HCAC foes Hanover and Mount St. Joseph.

Freshman Justin Perkins led the way for the Jackets, finishing the 8K race in 27:36. Seth Bidlack was the next DC harrier to finish, crossing the line in 28:52. Matt Rohlf (30:11), Aaron Fraley (30:42) and Troy Secrest (31:20) rounded out the top for Defiance, who had an average finish of 29:44.
The NCAA Regional Championships conclude the 2008 season for the Jackets.
