Women's Cross Country Competes at the Hokum Karem Relays

NORTH MANCHESTER, IND. - The Defiance College women's cross country team competed at the Hokum Karem relays Friday afternoon hosted by Manchester University. 

The meet was ran in a relay style format with team members completing a series of three, 1-mile runs for a combined 6-mile time.

The Yellow Jackets were led on the day by the team of sophomore Kenna Bell, freshman Mackenzie Moerhman, and sophomore Olivia Fett finishing 15th in the 20 team field. The trio combined for a team time of 42:55.9.

University of Saint won the relay with a combined time of 37:00.5.

Defiance returns to action Friday, Sept. 14 as they compete at Penn State Behrend.
