Track and Field: Men place ninth, women 10th at Mrs. G Invitational
Angola, Indiana - Defiance College track and field returned to Trine University for the second time this season, this time competing at the Mrs. G Invitational Saturday afternoon. The men finished ninth out of 10 teams and the women finished 10th out of 10 teams.
Notable Performances:

Marlon Brown won the 400 meter dash with a time of 51.07 seconds.

In the men's 60 meter, Jonathan Wright-Daniel finished with a time of 7.62 seconds and Landon Sensmeier completed it in 7.97 seconds. That was a new personal best for Sensmeier.

Isaac Miler completed the long jum pat 5.90m.

Shyla Pemberton finished eighth in the 400 meter and recorded a personal best time of 1:06.84.

Lexi Coward recorded a new personal best in the 800 meter.

Lisa-Maria Markau finished second in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.52 seconds.

The 4 x 400m relay team of Wright-Daniel, Maratea, Miler, and Brown finished seventh.
