Bio

Brad Doidge was named Director of Golf in November of 2021. In this role, Doidge oversees both the Defiance men's and women's teams. Doidge spent this fall of 2021 coaching the women's team following the departure of former head coach Allen Curtis for another role.

Under the director of Doidge, the Yellow Jackets placed eighth at the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Golf Championship.

Doidge coached boys golf at Lincolnview High School for 12 years and started the school's girl's team in 2000 and coached the girl's team for a total of 15 years between his two stints leading the program. Doidge has also served as the Director of Golf at Willow Bend Country Club in Van Wert.

Doidge is married t his wife Kim, a teacher in the Van Wert School system and the coach of the Van Wert boy's golf team. They have three children Austin, Blake, and Taylor.
