The First-Team All-Ohio and Co-Defensive Player of the Year awards for Longsdorf come on the heels of being named as the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference's Defensive Most Valuable Player, after he led all NCAA Division III defensive backs with 139 tackles during the regular season. Along with setting a career high in stops, Longsdorf added 4.5 sacks, four interceptions and eight passes defended to anchor the Yellow Jacket defensive unit.
Foos garnered his third-straight All-Ohio selection from OCF.com, making the Second-Team All-Ohio list in his final collegiate campaign. During his senior season, Foos ranked 33rd in the nation with 38.2 yards per punt and stuck 19-of-56 attempts inside the 20-yard line on his way to being touted as the HCAC's Special Teams Most Valuable Player.
Baumgart backed up his first career All-HCAC honor with a Second-Team All-Ohio award after anchoring the offensive line for Defiance in his final collegiate season. Baumgart helped power the Jackets to an HCAC-best 218.8 rushing yards per game from him left tackle position, while also topping the league with only six sacks allowed over eight conference contests.
The trio of Longsdorf, Foos and Baumgart helped lead Defiance to a 6-4 overall record and a second-place finish in the HCAC standings in 2010.
