Cross Country runs at Oberlin

The Defiance Men's and Women's Cross Country teams ran in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on October 15. 

Women

• The women competed in the 6K Open.

• Shyla Pemberton finished 129th with a time of 34:28.7.

Men

• The men competed in the 8K Open.

• Alex Burney finished 166th with a time of 29:52.6. He was the top finisher for the Jackets.

• Marlon Brown finished 238th with a time of 33:54.4.

• Gavin Maratea finished 256th with 42:20.0.

• Landon Sensmeier finished with a time of 52:00.2, placing him 259th.

• Both teams compete in the HCAC Championship at Bluffton University on October 29th.
