Women's Golf Host Defiance Spring Invitational

SWANTON, OHIO - The Defiance College women's golf team hosted the Defiance College Spring Invitational on Saturday afternoon at White Pines Golf Club in Swanton, Ohio.

Sophomore Emily Sabsook (Charlevoix, Mich.) led the Yellow Jackets with a 00 place finish in the 00 golfer field. Sabsook registered a 18-hole score of 100 (52-48) strokes.

Freshman Morgan Beaverson (Sylvania) withdrew from the Invitational following five completed holes.

Defiance returns to action on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 for the two day Franklin College Invitational.
