The Yellow Jackets Conclude Season at the NCAA Regionals
FRANKLIN, IND. - The Defiance College men's cross country team concluded its season on Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Regional meet hosted by Franklin College where they finished 38th overall in the 38 team field.
FRANKLIN, IND. - The Defiance College men's cross country team concluded its season on Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Regional meet hosted by Franklin College where they finished 38th overall in the 38 team field.
Defiance was paced by senior Daren Gies (Plymouth) who finished 254th overall with a time of 32:03.7.
Sophomore Tyler Hines (Cincinnati/Northwest) crossed the finish line in 260th place with a time of 32:57.6, followed by freshman Skyler Johangten (West Unity/North Central) in 261st place in a time of 34:16.1.
Freshman Cameron Reed finished in a time of 35:36.4 for a 263rd place finish, while junior Brandon Zartman rounded out the field for DC with a 264 place finish with a time of 36:26.8.
The meet rounded out the 2018 season for the Yellow Jackets.
