Bio

Anthony Jackson is in his second season with the Defiance College men's basketball team in 2020-21 as an assistant coach. 

Jackson, a 2009 Defiance graduate, played basketball for the Yellow Jackets from 2006-09. During his time as a player, Jackson was on a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference regular-season title team and a pair of squads that placed second in the HCAC Tournament. He earned Honorable Mention All-HCAC honors in 2008. 

Jackson brings a wealth of local experience and knowledge to the DC program. With prior stops at Holgate High School as athletic director and the Northwest Ohio Basketball Club, he most recently served as the head coach of the Ayersville High School varsity program in 2018-19.
