Seven student-athletes named to HCAC All-Sportsmanship teams
On Tuesday morning, the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the Christopher M. Ragsdale All-Sportsmanship teams for the fall of 2021.
CARMEL, Indiana – On Tuesday morning, the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the Christopher M. Ragsdale All-Sportsmanship teams for the fall of 2021. The teams were chosen in the sports of men's and women's cross country, football, women's golf, men's and women's soccer, women's tennis, and volleyball.
The HCAC All-Sportsmanship Award is named in honor of former HCAC Commissioner Christopher M. Ragsdale, who led the conference from 2009-18. Members of the All-Sportsmanship teams are selected by their coaches and teammates as individuals who demonstrate the ideals of positive sportsmanship both on and off the field/court of competition. Nominees must have consistently demonstrated the values of respect and integrity in his or her daily participation in intercollegiate athletics.
