Stryffeler Named HCAC Runner of the Week

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Defiance College senior Ellen Stryffeler was named Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Runner of the Week after her performance at the Manchester College Hokum Karem last week. [Release]
 
Stryffeler combined with junior Erika DeBos to take first place at the event. The two runners combined for a time of 39:31.00, which put them one minute and seven seconds ahead of the second place team.

The next event for Stryffeler, DeBos and the rest of the DC harriers is on September 10 when they host the Defiance Duals. Start time is scheduled for 10:00 am.
