Women’s Cross Country Competes in Oberlin Invitational
OBERLIN, Ohio – The women’s cross country team competed in the Oberlin Invitational on Saturday, October 17. The lady harriers finished 24th overall, garnering 707 points in the meet. John Hopkins University took the team title with 62 points.

Kaitlin Switzer led the way for the Yellow Jackets once again, finishing the 6k in 24:33 to earn 109 points. Kaye Brockbrader ran well, crossing the stripe in 25:33, while Ellen Stryfeller finished 30 seconds later to take third place for the Jackets. Kelly Neff and Karra Suffel rounded out the scoring to DC, coming in at 26:10 and 26:41 respectively.
The Yellow Jackets will now gear up for the HCAC championships, which will be held on Saturday, October 31, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
