The Defiance volleyball team fell on the road against #8 Ohio Northern on Wednesday night, 3-1.

- Ohio Northern took the opening set in commanding fashion, 25-10.
- The Polar Bears continued their hot streak into the second streak with a 25-16.
- The Yellow Jackets did not back down though, battling back in the third set with a dominating 25-15 win.
- Ohio Northern ended the contest with a hard fought fourth set win, 25-16.
- Senior Mackenzie Benham led Defiance with 12 kills and added ten digs.
- Freshman Jamia Murray recorded eight kills on the night.
- Freshman Kaylynn Wellman chipped in five kills for the Yellow Jackets.
