Rudy Corpus is in his fourth season as an assistant coach for the Defiance wrestling team in 2022-23.

Corpus, a native of Wauseon, Ohio, wrestled for Wauseon High School where he was an OHSAA state place winner, Junior Olympic medalist, AAU National Champion, & Greco/Freestyle All-American. He wrestled collegiately at Bowling Green State University while obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. Rudy has since earned his Master's degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in cardiac & pulmonary rehab. He currently resides in Napoleon with his Fiancee Mika and two kids Emilio and Amora.
