Women's Golf Competes at the Lady Grizzly Spring Invitational

FRANKLIN, Ind. – The women's golf team traveled to Franklin, Ind. this past weekend for the Franklin Lady Grizzly Spring Invitational.

Freshman Brittany Rinehart (Mannington, W. Va.) paced the way for Defiance posting a 15th place finish with a team-best 175 strokes (85-90).

Senior Kristin Aslanian (Trenton, Mich.) finished tied for 30th with 185 strokes (97-88), while freshman Cassidy Yant (Churubusco, Ind.) rounded out the scoring for DC with a 53rd place finish.

The Purple and Gold didn't record a team score.

The Yellow Jackets conclude the season on Saturday, April 28 at the Miami Whitewater Classic.
