Perkins Named HCAC Runner of the Week

GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference has announced that Defiance College senior Justin Perkins was named HCAC Runner of the Week.

Perkins led the pack at the Defiance College Duals with a finishing time of 28:28.30. The victory was Perkins' first of the season, and it helped the Yellow Jackets earn wins against Olivet and Bluffton.

The DC cross country team will return to action on September 17 when it travels to Penn State-Berhend.
