- Senior Marell Jordan paced the Yellow Jackets with nine points and added a block and two steals.
- Senior Tyler Andrew led the team with seven rebounds.
- Sophomore Cameron Awls scored six points and grabbed three rebounds off the bench.
- As a team, Defiance went 14-of-53 (.264) from the floor and shot 1-of-12 (.083) from the three-point line.
- Hanover was led by Ty Houston with 15 points followed by Max Greenamoyer with 13.

- The Panthers controlled the game from the beginning taking a 21-7 lead halfway through the first half.
- The Yellow Jackets could not keep pace with Hanover and took the loss to split the season series 1-1.
- Hanover outrebounded Defiance 41-26 and dominated in the paint outscoring the Yellow Jackets 36-14.
