Jeremy Taylor will begin his second season as an Assistant Coach with the Defiance College Yellow Jacket Football Team in 2019.  Taylor has worked at the college since 2012 as a professor in the History Department and Arts and Humanities Division Chair.

 A native Texan, Taylor played football at Copperas Cove High School (Copperas Cove, TX) before attending Texas A&M as a member of the Corps of Cadets.  Before entering academia, he coached football at College Station Middle School and A&M Consolidated High School (College Station, TX). 

 Taylor earned his PhD in history at the University of Arkansas.
