- Junior Jordan Ambose led the Defiance offense with 33 yards passing and two touchdown. He also had 22 yards rushing on eight carries.
- Sophomore Tyshaun Freeman carried the ball 16 times and ran for 84 yards.
- Sophomore Jahlani Hall caught three passes for 34 yards.
- Freshman Ethan Gross and freshman Antawn Nathan caught one touchdown each for the Yellow Jackets.

- Kyzer Bowen led the Rose-Hulman defense with six tackles along with one sack and two tackles-for-loss.
