Dillon Selected to D3football.com's National Team of the Week

Dillon was also tabbed as the HCAC Offensive Player of the Week for his record-setting performance against the Engineers after catching 11 passes for 151 yards and four touchdowns. The Temperance, Mich., natives four touchdown receptions included the eventual game-winning score and set a single game record for Defiance College.
With the 11-catch, 151-yard effort, Dillon extended his string of 100-yard games to five and has already set new career highs with 53 receptions and 773 receiving yards at the midway point of the season. The senior receiver currently leads the nation with 11.6 catches and 154.6 receiving yards per game and ranks second in total receiving yards, despite having played one less game than each of the other players in the top five.
The award is not the first of its kind for Dillon this season, as he was also named to the Don Hansens Football Gazette National Player-of-the-Week list after his 17-catch, 258-yard game in DCs 16-14 win at Otterbein on Sept. 8. Dillon is a two-time HCAC Player of the Week this season and was recently voted as the HCAC Male Athlete of the Month for September.
Dillon and the Yellow Jackets will look to remain unblemished in conference play as they travel to Anderson on Saturday.
