DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College esports was in action on Saturday morning with a match against Trine University in Rocket League. In a tight, low-scoring Great Lakes Esports Conference competition, Defiance came up short, 3-0, in the best-of-five series.

DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College esports was in action on Saturday morning with a match against Trine University in Rocket League. In a tight, low-scoring Great Lakes Esports Conference competition, Defiance came up short, 3-0, in the best-of-five series.

The Yellow Jackets lost games by the scores of 1-0, 1-0 and 3-2. Christian Rennie and Joshua Szostek each scored a goal for DC.

Defiance's record slips to 2-3 in Rocket League this season. The Yellow Jackets are scheduled to take on GLEC foe Tiffin University in another RL match next Saturday.
