Forty-one students associated with athletics earn degrees
DEFIANCE, Ohio – A total of 41 students associated with the Defiance College Athletic Department, as either student-athletes or graduate assistants, were among the 102 individuals recognized in the class of 2021 for earning their degrees last Saturday at Justin F. Coressel Stadium.
DEFIANCE, Ohio – A total of 41 students associated with the Defiance College Athletic Department, as either student-athletes or graduate assistants, were among the 102 individuals recognized in the class of 2021 for earning their degrees last Saturday at Justin F. Coressel Stadium.
At 11 a.m. on May 8, Defiance held a commencement ceremony for May 2021, December 2020 and August 2021 graduates. This year's commencement speaker was Dr. Holli Seabury, executive director of the Delta Dental Foundation. She earned bachelor's and master's degrees from DC in 1997 and 1998, respectively.
Those with ties to Defiance athletics, by being on rosters in 2020-21 and/or who finished their eligibility in good standing, who received diplomas are listed below.
